• Go Local Service Fees: Any service fees charged by Go Local at the time of booking are generally non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by us.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled trip without prior notice will result in the total loss of the booking amount.

• Official Channels: We communicate via email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. You consent to receive transactional messages (confirmations) and promotional content from us.
• Opt-out: You can opt-out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link or contacting us directly.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Go Local (Salam Travel) is not responsible for injuries, delays, or damages resulting from “Force Majeure” events (natural disasters, strikes, or political instability).
